Sonia’s Villa is a beautifully decorated 3000 square foot luxury home. This luxurious villa features 6 carpeted and elegantly dressed bedrooms/5.5 bathrooms; four of the bedrooms are masters with en-suite baths. For your convenience one master king bedroom is located on the ground floor with a luxury master bath complete with garden tub and a shower. Upstairs you will find five additional bedroom suites, including the three large masters with en-suite baths, and the two remaining bedroom suites contain 2 sets of bunks and a set of twin beds. All bedrooms boast of 32 inch flat screen LCD TVs, with cable, alarm clocks and DVDs.
The property is located on the exclusive enclave of Aviana Resort, which is one of the newest platinum communities in Central Florida. It is approximately 12 minutes from the main attractions (Walt Disney World), and less than five minutes from most of the popular Golf courses.
To provide on site entertainment, we transformed the garage into a games room with a 8 foot pool table, foosball table, XBOX 360, Nintendo WII, games, a 32 inch flat screen LCD TV with cable and a DVD/CD Player. A table and chairs are also included for your comfort. For Computer users free Wi-Fi is available throughout the home and pool area and free local and long distance in North America (Canada and the USA) on a cordless phone.
